It may have only been open for a few months, but Tenerife Top Training, or T3 as it is known, is already becoming the place to be for top sports teams and organisations.The facilities are impressive, and the state of the art diagnostic equipment is at the cutting edge of sports injury treatment.

The centre is above La Caleta, next to Golf Costa Adeje, and has been in the European sports headlines recently with the visit of Manchester City. Last week there was an equally important event, the hosting of an international conference of top sports trainers, the word about T3 is certainly spreading quickly. it is open to the public every day, so the 2 swimming pools, tennis and padel courts and 2 football pitches – one grass, one artificial – are getting plenty of use.
