Opening a new retail office was not only a requisite due to our current rate of expansion, but also to meet the demand of the Spanish consumers. It's not just ex-pats who now realise that there are serious competitive players such as Direct Telecom in the market. Money saving solutions with the backup of a real multilingual customer service and technical support team is becoming increasingly important. The good news is that in the following months, Direct Telecom will also be able to take over the landline rental from Telefónica, so you will not need to look at another blue and green phone bill again! Since we have announced this on our blog, thousands of enquiries from desperate and frustrated clients have come through to us from every corner of Spain to ask us to put them on our list! We are looking forward to opening our doors in the next few weeks, and we will be delighted to introduce all the new clients to our service as well as continue to provide our ongoing assistance to our existing clients.
